Dr. Della Streaty-Wilhoit, founder and owner of ARW, is proud to be a certified Minority Women Business Enterprise (MWBE).

Dr. Streaty-Wilhoit has worked within the public and private sectors throughout her career. She began working in Business Management and Human Resources, then expanded her skill set to agriculture and ecosystem land management with the USDA Forest Service, the USDI National Park Service, and the Land-Grant Universities program.
